Today (10.01.2018), at about I PM, Sh. Kanu Bhai Patel, Dy. SP/ TS,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, alongwith his team came in the office. They met with I spr.
Rahul Kumar, and shared the information that one accused namely Bilal A1 mad
Kawa. Proclaimed offender and wanted· in case HR No. 688/2000 PS Ko \vali
Delhi. (Red Fort Shoot Out Case) would arrive at IGJ Airport from Sri bgar
around at about 5 PM. The information conveyed to the senior offices and a per
their directions, a team consisting myself, Inpsr. Rahul Kumar Sl Anand, SI \ ivek.

At about, 4.15 ·PM; we reached T·3, fGI Airport, Delhi, where the s cret
_ infonncr met the officers and informed about the arrival of above mentioned ~ilal
Ahmad from the flight of Jet Ainvays from Srinaga' to Delhi. On that, in uiry
was conducted abo1,1t the concerl}cd fligi:Jt, in which it was revealed that the 1ght
No. 9W 0638 of Jet t)invays \vas scheduled to be arrived from Sri Nagar to eihi
at 5 pm, but the same was informed to be late for about 30 minutes. Accordi gly,
. the team members .were deployed at the strategic points outside the Arrival < atcs
of T-3. IGJ Air'p.ort, Delhi. At about q PM, one person was pointed out b the
secret informer and informed ·that the same was above mentioned Bilal Ah 1ad,
who came out fn'lm the Anival Gate 3, and started to go towards the escalato s for
Metro station .. Immediately, as per the signal of senior officers, the said p rson
was surrounded hy the police teams. After disclosing the identities of the p J]ice
team. above mentioned person was inquired aobut his identity. in whic he
revealed his name as Bilal Ahmad. s/o Ali Mohd. r/o Aali Kadal, Srinagar, . &K.
During his curs01y interrogation. the said Bilal Ahmad had denied to havl any
involvement in the above ·mentioned case FIR No. 6RS/2000 of PS K:<
