related to the Red Fort Shootout in 2000. Accordingly, aftc; .~i· cursory
interrogation, the above mentioned Bilal al~mcd, alongwith his belongi!{gS, i.e. his
mobile phone (make Red Mi 4A. bearing Airtel Sim of no. 9906709496), one of
his boarding pass of Jet Airways fi·om Srinagar to Delhi, one brown coloured bag
( containg his daily used items/cloths etc.), a card board box, containing Kashmiri
Roti, and some vegetables etc., was taken to the office of Special C::ell, Delhi for
further interrogation and verification purposes.

At about 6.45 PM, the team. alongwith the above mentioned suspecttd
_ person Bilal Ahmad and his belOI)gings, re-ached the office of Special Cell, Lodhi
Colony, New Delhi, where· he ha~ been interrogated in detail and facts about him
were veri lied from the concerned police. and the other intelligence agencies. A Her
his_ verification, as per the direCtions of'senior officers. you mTested the above
mentioned Bil<d..Ahmad Kawa in the present case FJR No. 68812000, PS Special
Cell, D~lhi at about 9.30 PM in the office of Special CelL Now. you recorded my
.. statement in the present case i!l the office of Special Cell/NOR. The statement is
read over and l()und correct.
