Limited, of Ale no. 28552609 of the above mentioned accused Bilal Ahmad K .. a. arc
present in the judicial file of this case. The same are required for the further investigation
purposes:
I. Cheque No. 76A 776978 dated 19.07.2000 for Rs.10,000/-.
2. Cheque No. 76A 776981 dated 18.07.2000 for Rs. 3,00,000/-.
3. Cheque No. 76A 776982 dated 18.07.2000 for Rs. 13,000/-.
4. Cheque No. 76A 776983 dated 19.07.2000 for Rs. 3,00,000/-. ,"\
5. Cheque No. 76A 776984 dated 20.07.2000 for Rs. 30,000/-. 1
6. Cheque No. 76A 776985 dated 20.07.2000 for Rs. 40,000/-.
7. Cheque No. 76A 776986 dated 21.07.2000 for Rs. 2,90,000/-.
8. Cheque No. 76A 776987 dated 20.07.2000 for Rs. 15,000/-.
