I Stated that I am _posted as above in ATS Gujrat. Today (1 0.01.20 18), I

\.· alongwith my team members i.e. PI N.L.Desai, SJ K J Rathore and SI Santok
Odedra arrived at office of Special Cell at about I PM. 1 n the office, l met with '
Jnspr. Rahul Kumar Singh in his office and shared the infonnation ·about the
accused Bilal Ahmad Kawa, who is wanted and a Proclaimed Offender _(PO) in ·
case FIR No. 688/2000 PS Kotwali Delhi (Red Fort Shoot Out Case), that he ·
\VOuld artivc cit IGT Airport, Delhi from Srinagar.l got this infonnation from one ,
of my secret informer. Inspr. Ra:hul Kumar accompanie'd me to the senior officers \
and shared this infonnation to them accordingly. As per the directions of senior :,
oflk.ers, at about 3.30 PM, I alongwith roy t~am and team of Special Celi, led by '
. Inspr. Rahul Kumar Sirigh, duly· equipped witli am1s, ammunitions, 10 kit, depart '
for !Gl Airport, Delhi to apprehend the above mentioned wanted accused.

At about, 4.15 PM, we reached T-3, IGI Airport, Delhi, where the secret
infonner met me and Inspr. Rahul Kumar Singh and informed about the arrival of ..
above 'mentioned Bilal Ah11lad fr9in the flight of Jet Air\vays from Srinagar tq_
Delhi. On that, inquily was conducted about the concerned flight, in which it was
revealed that the flight No. 9W 0638 of Jet Air\vays was schedUled to be arrived
from Sri Nagar to Delhi at 5 p1n, but the same was infonncd to be late for about
30 minutes. Accordingly. the feam members were dep!oyed at the ,strategic points~ ~
outside 'the Arrival Gates of> T-3, IGl Airport, Delhi. I alongwith Jnspr. Rahul
Kumar and the secret informer positioned outside the Arrival getes. At about 5.50
PM, the passengers of above mentioned flight-of Jet Airways from Srinagar to
Delhi came out fTOnl' the Arrival gates. At abou_t 6 PM, one person was pointed
out 'by the secret informer and informed us that the same was above mentioned
Bilal Ahinad. who came out from the Arrival Gate 3, and started to go towards the
escalators for Metro station: Immediately, the said. person was sunounded by .the
police teams. After disclosing the identities of the police team, above mentioned
person was. i1iquired. in which he revealed his name as Bilal Ahmad, s/o Ali
Mohd. r/o 1\}.li Kadnl, Srinagar. J&K. During his curso1y interrogation. thc·said- - ·
Bilal Ahmod ha~l denied to have any involvement in the above mentioned case
