That the applicant was granted bail by the .Ld. Session
judge vide the order dated 07.02.2018 and was released
on 08.02.2018.
3. That the applicant humbly submits that the investigation
with regard to the applicant is complete and the above said
properties/documents mentioned in Para No. 2 which were
seized by the investigating officer are not required for any
purpose.
4. That i:he said properties I documents are in the name of the
applicant and are not a case property and does not have any
link to the commission of the alleged offence. Neither has it
been found under circumstances creating suspicion of the

commission of offence alleged.
5. That the said properties/ documents are belonging. to the
applicant are not material evidence / documents I exhibit
which are l is required to be produced before this Hon'ble
Court at the time of enquiry or trial.
6. That it would only be in the interest of justice and equity if
this Hon'ble Court in exercise of its powers to release the
above said properties/documents.
7. That the Applicant is willing and undertake to abide by aw r;
· condition to which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and
appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case.
