Subject: Reg. application of accused Bilal Ahmad Kawa.

Hon'ble Sir,
It is submitted that above mentioned accused Bilal Ahmad Kawa was arrested in the
above mentioned case FIR No. 688/2000, PS Kotwali (being investigated by the Special
Cell), Delhi, on .10.01.2018. The investigation of the case is pending at very initial stage,
while the accused Bilal· Ahmad Kawa is on bail in the case. He has filed his present
application for release of his Jama Talashi. In this regard, it is submitted thatthe as the time
of his arrest in the case, following items/things were recovered from hi·s personal search:

1) Cash ofRs. 29,800/- (Rs. Twenty nine thousand eight hundred only)
2) One Adhaar card No. 822973706772.

3) One Driving License no. P 95020131.
4) One Debit card and one Credit Card of J&K Bank ofBilal Ahmad Kawa.

5) Some visiting cards & bills/slips etc.

Besides the above mentioned items, (6) one mobile phone, make Red Mi (Golden
Colour) with one SIM card, (7) One boarding pass of the accused and (8) one brown colour
bag, containing his daily used items/cloths, were also seized from his possession.

In this regard, the above mentioned items/things, may be released, except the
Driving Licence, mobile phone etc. and the boarding pass of accused (mentioned at Sl.
No.3, 6 and 7, above), as the same are case property and required for further investigation
& analysis purposes. The items/things may be released to the applicant/accused as per the
provision with necessary conditions & directions please.
