IO submits that accused has b•~cn arrested in the present case

with the joint operation of ATS Gvjarat and Special Cell Delhi Police as

the. accused is wanted in the present case and he has been declared

proclaimed offender in the present case in the year 2001 by the Court of

Sh A.K. Sarpal, Ld. MM, Tis Hazari Court vide order dt. 04.05.01. 10

furt~er submits that accused has the main role participated in the offence

by receiving the money from Pakistan and other countries through hawala

operators which was used in the Red Fort attack on 22.12.2000 and in

other terrorist activities in J & K conducted by terrorist organization

Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). IO further submits that the accused was one of the

conspirator in the abovcsaid terrorist activities for which the sustained

interrogation of accused is required in the present case. IO further submits

that accused has to be taken to Delhi, J & K and other places of the
