10 has filed present application for re-calling of the case file

from tbe record room.

IO submits that in the present case, several accused persons

have been declared PO by the concerned court of Sh. A.K. Sarpal, MM,

Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide order dt. 04.05.01. He further submits that

one of the accused Bilal Ahmad Kawa is PO and wanted in case FIR no.

688/2000, PS Kotwali, Delhi and he has been arrested and is on police

remand for 10 days and he will be produce before the Court on

20.0 ].20 1 8. Accordingly, IO submits that complete original judicial file of

the present case is lying in the Record Room of Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi

vide Goswara No. 219-S dt. 31.10.05 and same be requisitioned for the

NDOH for the purpose of further proceedings of the present case.

I have heard the arguments and pemsed the records.

Keeping in view of abovesaid submissions made and reason

stated in the application, complete judicial file of case FIR no. 688/2000 of

PS Kotwali having Goswara no. 2 J 9-S dt. 31. J 0.()5 be requisitioned for

the 20.01.2018 from record room, Tis Hazar! Courts, Delhi.

Applications stands disposed off.
