                                                 by defence lawyer, R.I..
                                                 Tufall, following an argument

                                                 Sessions Judge D.K. SainJ. Sl
                                                 Harender had produced a
                                                 witness in the court from
                                                 whom the main accused of
                                                 the Red Fort shootout case,
                                                 Ashfaq, was alleged to have
                                                 bought some computers in
                                                 Okhla. He had used these
computers to set up his cyber
                                                  cafe which was allegedly used
                                                  for terrorist activities. The
                                                 witness identified Ashfaq
                                                 following which Harender
                                                  produced the computers,
                                                  seized from Ashfaq's care in
                                                  Okhla, as evidence. All these
                                                  computers were sealed.
                                                   Defence counsel R.L. Tufail
decided to have a closer look
                                                  at those computers. When he
                                                 touched the seal, Harender
                                                  objected saying the seals
                                                  could break if not handled
                                                I
                                                  properly. Tufail retorted by
                                                  saying that Harender was
                                                 I unnecessarily accusing him.
                                                  Harender said he only
wanted to warn him that the
                                                  seals were fragile and could
                                                  break. However, the matter
took a turn for the worse and
                                                  Tufall slapped Harender in
                                                  the court.
                                                   Harender was taken to

                                                  where he was medically
                                                  examined. He also
                                                  complained of pain in his
ears. On the basis of his
