argument over tampering of
case property during a
hearing in the Red Fort
shootout case at Tis Hazarl
Courts here today.
According to the pollee, SI
Harender Singh was slapped
by defence lawyer, R.I..
Tufall, following an argument
in the court of Additional

Harender had produced a
witness in the court from

produced the computers,

computers were sealed.
Defence counsel R.L. Tufail
decided to have a closer look
at those computers. When he
touched the seal, Harender
objected saying the seals
could break if not handled
I
properly. Tufail retorted by
saying that Harender was
I unnecessarily accusing him.
Harender said he only
wanted to warn him that the
seals were fragile and could
break. However, the matter
took a turn for the worse and
Tufall slapped Harender in
the court.
Harender was taken to
Arona Asaf Ali Hospital
