10 submits that accused has been arrested in the present case

with the joint operation of ATS Gujarat and Special Cell Delhi Police as

the accused is wanted in the present case and he has been declared

proclaimed offender in the present case in the year 2001 by the Court of

Sh A.K. Sarpal, Ld. MM, Tis Hazari Court vide order dt. 04.05.01. IO

further submits that accused has the main role participated in the offence

by receiving the money from Pakistan and other countries through hawala

operators which was used in the Red Fort attack on 22.12.2000 and in

other terrorist activities in J & K conducted by terrorist organization
