,~t l{~M, it is lodged that as per the directions of senior officers, the investigation of
the case FIR No. 688 dated 22.12.2000 u/s 302/307/353/186/201/121/216/468/
420/471/474/120-B/34-IPC, 14 Foreigners Act, 4/5 Explosive Substances Act & 25/27
Arms Act, PS Kotwali, Delhi (being investigated by the Special Cell), has been
entrusted to me in the office of Special Cell at about 9 PM, in which the accused
namely Bilal Ahmad Kawa (aged 37 yrs.), s/o Sh. Ali Mohammad Kawa, r/o
Qutubuddin Pora, Aali Kadal, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, who has been
apprehended today from the IGI Airport and was taken to the office vide DD No. 18
dated 10.01.18 above, has been examined/verified and interrogated in the case. After
his detailed interrogation & verification, the above mentioned accused Bilal Ahmad
Kawa has been arrested in the case, today at about 9.30 PM in the office Special Cell.
All the guidelines of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, related to the arrest of accused
person, have been complied with and the information of his arrest has been given to
his brother Sh. Niyaz Ahmad Kawa in the office itself. The case property/personal
search of the accused has been deposited in PS Malkhana, however, his mobile phone
is kept with case file for further investigation purposes. After taking necessary
permission from the senior officers, some perishable/eatable items (i.e. Roti,
Vegetables etc.), recovered from the accused have been given/handed over to Sh.
Niyaz Ahmad (i.e. the brother of the accused). Facts have been conveyed to senior
officers accordingly. The details of the investigation will be conveyed through CD
