1. Detail of case FIR No. 265/2000 U/S 121,122 /RPC, 13 ULA Act 7/25 I.A Act 03
P&S Act of P/S Sadder:- That on 22/09/2000 Police Station Sadder received an
information to the effect that from past ten years in the v'!lley especially within
the jurisdiction of Police Station Sadder by the assistance of abroad has been
assigned task to carry out lED Blasts, and to targets political leaders, army SF's
etc with intention to kill and with the aim to separate the state of Jammu and
Kashmir from the union of India.
Upon receipt of this information case FIR No.265/2000 U/S 121,122, /RPC, 13 ULA
Act 7/25 I. A Act 03 P&S Act and investigation was taken up.
During the course of investigation above mentioned offenC'es were proved against
accused Tariq Ahmad Dar S/0 Ghulam Mohammad Dar R/0 Old Barzulla. 2.
Waseem Ahmad Khitaab S/0 Aanayatullah R/0 Rawalpora and charge sheet of the
instant case has been produced before the court of law on 28/01/2002 for
judicial determination. However copy of judgment received from the court of
District & Session Judge Budgam reveals that accused pe, sons got acquitted in
the instant case.
2. Detail of case FIR No.02/2001 U/S 212 /RPC, 13 ULA Act 03 J&K telecom Act
3/6 I W telecom Act of P/S Sadder:- The case stands registered on the disclosure
of Nazir Ahmad Qasid S/0 Ghulam Mohammad R/0 Baghat Kanipora. That he and
his son namely Farooq .Ahmad Qasid are affiliated with LeT and are providing
logistic/ shelter to ANE in order to carry out terrorist activities. in valley
especially in District Srinagar with the aim to separate the J&K State from the
union of India.
Upon the receipt of this case FIR No.02/2001 U/S 212 /RPC, 13 ULA Act, 03 J&K
telecom Act 3/6 I W telecom Act and investigate was taken up.

During the course of investigation above mentioned offencr.s were proved against
accused 1. Nazir Ahmad Qasid S/0 Ghulam Mohammad R./0 Baghat Kanipora 2:
Farooq Ahmad Qasid S/0 Mohammad R/0 Baghat Kanipora and charge sheet of
the instant case has been produced before the Hon'ble court of law on
22/11/2003 for judicial determination and is under trial.
