t During investigation, the recovered Driving licence of the accused was also got

verified from the concerned authorities of Transport Department, Delhi, which is

·-.t~ohnd to be genuine in his name as Bilal Ahmad Kawa. In this regard, the report of
·,
the concerned MLO, Santi Kale Khan, Delhi vide their letter dt. 20.01.2018, is also

placed on the file. During the investigation of the case reports were also obtained
from the concerned local police of Jammu & Kashmir about the previous criminal

cases and antecedents of the present accused, the same is also placed on the file.

During investigation, after taking necessary permission from the

concerned court, specimen hand-writings and signatures of the accused Bilal Ahmad
Kawa, were also obtained before the concerned court. Accordingly, the original

cheques and the specimen handwritings/signatures of the present accused Bilal

Ahmad Kawa, were sent to FSL/Govt. of NCT Delhi, Rohini, Delhi for expert
opinion. In this regard, the FSL results/opinion of the expert was also received vide

their Report No. FSL2018/D-2512, dated 28.09.18, in which, the expert could not

express his definite opinion about the handwritings/signatures on the cheques of
Grindlays Bank Ltd. Similarly, the recovered phone of the accused Bilal Ahmad

Kawa, was also sent to the FSL for extracting the data/information and the results of
the same has also been received from the concerned authorities of FSL Rohini, Delhi

vide their Report No. FSL-2018/CFU-2458, dated 23.10.2019, in which nothing
incriminating, came into notice. Both the above mentioned FSL results are placed on

the file accordingly.

Hence, from the investigation conducted so far, as stated above in this
supplementary charge sheet as well as in the earlier charge sheets, already filed in the

case, sufficient evidences have come on the file against the above mentioned accused

namely Bilal Ahmad Kawa S/o Late Sh. Ali Mohd. Kawa, as mentioned at Sl. No. 11
of the charge sheet to prosecute him for the offences punishable u/s.
