In the present case total I 0 accused persons, including the present accused

Bilal Ahmed Kawa, were declared as Proclaimed Offender (PO) by the concerned

court of Sh. A.K. Sarpal, Ld. MM, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide orders dated
04.05.2001.

Accordingly, efforts were continuing to trace and apprehend the absconding

accused persons. During such efforts, on the basis of specific information, on

10.01.2018, a raid was conducted by the joint teams of ATS Gujarat, Ahmedabad and
Special Cell in which the present accused namely Bilal Ahmad Kawa (Aged: 37

years),s/o Ali Mohammad Kawa, r/o Qutubuddin Pora, PS M.R.Ganj, Aali Kadal,
Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, was apprehended from the area of T-3, IGI Airport,

Delhi, while he reached Delhi from some flight. Accordingly, he was taken to Special

Cell and after verifying the facts, he has been arrested in the case on the same day.
During the investigation of the case, the present accused Bilal Ahmad Kawa, was

interrogated in details with the help of central intelligence agencies and

security/intelligence agencies of other states, in which whatever he revealed, the same
were shared and got verified from the concerned agencies. During his detailed
