Hon'ble Sir.

The brief facts of the case are that on 22 .. -12.2000, an incidence of firing/attack in the
Red Fort. Delhi by the tenwists of banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT),
who armed with AK-56/47 rifles entered into. Red Fort and fired of the security forces.

On the same day, the ten·orist organization, Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) has .claimed for the '-·
. above mentioned attack on Red F01i. According!:Y, the above mentioned case vide FIR No.
688/2000 dt. 22.12.2000, was registered at PS Kotwali, Delhi. Subsequently, the
investigation of the case has been transferred to Special Cell, Delhi. During the investigation II,

I of the case, earlier total II accused were atTested. However, all the accused persons have~
been acquitted/discharges by the Hon'ble Trial/appellant courts, except one accused namely
· Ashfaq Ahmed @ Abu Hamaad @ Mohd. f\,t:if r/o. Pakistan, whose death penalty was
confii·med by the Hon'ble High Com1 and later on by the Apex court on 10.8.2011. In this
case. 'several accused persons including the above mentiqned accused Bilal Ahmed Kawa,
. were declared as PO by the concerned court of:'Sh. A.K·. ~arpal, M.M, Tis Hazari Courts,
Delhi vide orders dated 04.05.200 I.

Later on, the present accused namely Bilal Ahmed Kawa, R/o Srinagar, Jammu
Kashmir, was atTested ·in the case on I 0.01.2018, who is presently on bail vide orders dated
07.02.2018, from the Hon'ble court of Sh. Sidharth Sharma, ASJ (FTC), Patiala House
Courts, Delhi. In this regard, it is submitted that during the investigation of the case, some
exhibits i.e. mobile/SIM card and handwritings of the accused were sent to the FSL!Rohini,
Delhi for extracting the data and expert opinion, vide their acknowledgement Nos. FSL-
20 18/DOC-2512 dated 2.8.03.18 (in Documents Section) and FSL/20 18/CFU-2458 dated
27.03.18 (in Computer Section). However, despite of various requests and priority letters
,, (dated 23.05.18. 04.07.18, 17.09.18 & 01.10.18), FSL result related to the mobile/SIM has
not been provided by the concemed authorities ofFSL!Rohini, Delhi.

In view of the above, it is humbly prayed that directions may please be issued to the
Director, FSL, Govt. ofNCT Delhi, Rohini, New Delhi, for providing the result in the case
on priority, so that the charge sheet against the ac.ciised. may be filed in the Hon'ble cou'rtJat /
the earltest. · - "
