Subject: Regarding verification of the bail bond of accused Bilal Ahmad Kawa.

Hon'ble Sir,
It is submitted that as per the directions of this Hon 'ble court, verification of the
contents of the bail bond of above· mentioned accused Bilal Ahmad Kawa, was got
conducted. On verification, the addresses of the given surety namely Niyaz Ahmad Kawa
(Aged 41 yrs.) s/o Sh. Ali Mohd. Kawa, r/o. 14·, Ist Floor, Jhaboomal Colony, Chamelian
Road, Bara Hindu Rao, Dlehi-06, was verified. On further verification, the attached Fixed
Deposit (Term Deposit Receipt) dated 07.02.2018, for Rs. 50,000/- of J&K Bank, Sadar
Bazar, Delhi in the name of M/s Niyaz Ahmed Kawa, was also got verified from the
concerned bank authorities and the same was found genuine as per the attached verification
report of bank authorities. The bank documents, duly verified from the concerned banks
and statements, recorded in this regard are attached herewith for kind perusal please.
