6. That now the matter is pending before this Hon'ble Court

and all the documents are required to enable the

accused/applicant to efficaciously defend himself in the

proceedings.

7. That it is humbly submitted that it is expedient in the

interest of justice that necessary directions may be

passed to the prosecution to supply the above said

documents. In absence of the same, it would cause

immense difficulty to the applicant to defend himself from

the allegations foisted against her.

· 8. That the present application has been preferred for the

purposes of securing to the accused I applicant, for

supplying of the cqpies of the relevant documents and

the same are necessary for conduct of a just and fair trial.

9. That this application is bonafide and made in the interest

of justice and pass any other order as may deem fit and

proper.
