Certain documents mentioned in the supplementary charge sheet with

respect to FIR No. 688/2000 PS Kotwali have not been supplied to the accused as

stated by his Counsel. !0 Inspector Dileep Kumar was summon~d for today but he

has not appeared before the Court and 51 Naveen Kumar has appeared on his
behalf, who is unaware of the status of this case. Considering that this matter is

pending for committal before Ld. Sessions Court, therefore, DCP concerned is

directed to ensure that 10 Inspector Dileep Kumar is present before the Court on

NDOH for proceedings u/s 207 CrPC.

Let copy of this order be sent to DCP concerned for compliance. Let
10 Inspector Dileep l<umar be summoned through DCP concerned returnable on

NDOH.
