By way of the present present application, the TO submits that the
handwriting and signatures of the accused are required for further investigation so
as to compilH' with the questioned signatures and handwriting. Accused has be!"n
ilskcd about his willingness to give specimen signatures and handwriting and he
l1as answered in affirmative. l-:lis ld. counsel also submits that the accused is
voluntarily wjiJing to give his signatures and handwriting.
In view of the facts and c'ircumstances, application is allowed.
The I 0 hcis taken the specimen signatures and hanclw.riti.ng ·of the
accused on 39 pages in the court today. All the pages bears the signature of the 10
of the case and have been attested by the undersigned. The original papers have
bt't'il returned to the 10.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
Copy of the order be given to the 10 dasti, as requested.
