It is submitted that the investigation of case FIR No. 688 dated 22.12.2000 u/s
302/307/3531186/201/121/216/468/420/4 71i4 74/120-B/34-IPC, 14 Foreigners Act, 4/5

·' Explosive Substances Act & 25/27 Arms Act, PS Kotwali, Delhi, is pending in this
office. In this regard, following information/verification, is required, in respect of the
boarding pass (copy attached) in the name of Bilal Kawa, for the further investigation
purposes:

1. Kindly verify the above m~ntioned Bqarding Pass, as to whether the same is
genuine or otherwise? If genuine, please provide its complete details.

2. Kindly' provide the complete detail/record of the passenger & flight of the
same.

3. Kindly provide the exact date/time of departure/arrival of the said flight in
Srinagar and Delhi.

4. Any other relevant information in this regard, related to this DIL.

It is, therefore, requested to · kindly provide the above mentioned
information/documents, at the earliest, as the same are required urgently, to the bearer of
this letter/request, for the further investigation purposes in the above mentioned case in
which the accused person is in police custody in this office.
