                 authorized  role  exercised  through  unique  userid  and  password.  The  System  ·allows  only  valid  and
                 auth0rized users to enter data.

               •  That valid  backup  is  available  which  will  restore  the  system  to  the  prefailure  position  in  case  of  system
                 failure or any other reason.


               •  That backup medias are  kept  under lock and  key which  are in  th~ custody of the  authorized personnel of
                 the bank.

               •  That appropriate labels identify the data storage media.


               •  That physical and logical access controls are in place as safeguards against tampering of the systems .



                . It is further certified that to .the best of-our knowledge and belief the Computer Systems that generated and
                 stored this information operated properly at the time of such generation/storage of the data and the printout
                 represents correctly the relevant data.
