                  STANDARDS-           Red enclosed  specimen  writings/signatures  marked  S I   to  S39  o~r.

                             All  the  documents  were  carefully  and  thoroughly  examined  with  available

                  scientific  instruments  using  various  lighting  condition  and  magnification  and  I  an1. t$le
                  opinion that:·



                  I.     On interse examination of all  the  questioned  signatures in the red  enclosed portions

                  marked  Q3,  Q6,  Q9,  Ql2,  Q15,  Ql8,  Q21  &  Q24  and  the  specimen  signatures  in the  red
                  enclosed  portions  marked  S28  to  S30  and  S34  &  S35,  similarities  are  observed  among

                  themselves  in  formation  of characters  and  their  minute  &  inconspicuous  details  such  as·
                  movement  of strokes  in  formation  of initial  character  appearing  as  Hindi  letter  'Va'  with

                  rightward  extended  terminal  stroke  with  hooked  finish;  formation  of letter  'B',  tilted  &

                  relatively longer nature  of its vertical  staff,  n.ature  &  location of its upper and lower curved
                  body  parts  and  habit  of connecting  its  lower  curved  body  part  with  subsequent  letter  'i';

                  formation of letter 'i', relatively short nature Of its vertical body part and nature &  location of
                  its 'i· dot'; formation of letter 'I', nature of itS commencing stroke, formation of a compressed

                  loop or retraced movement of stroke at its vertical body part and manner of connecting it with
                                                              '
                  the subsequent letter 'a'; formation of letter 'a', closed nature of its oval body part and habit

                  of connecting it with the terminal letter '1'; nature &  direction of finishing stroke of terminal

                  letter 'I' etc.; similarities are also observed in general features such as writing movement, skill,
                  speed,  spacing,  alignment,  relative  size  and  proportion  of  characters  and  nature  of

                  commencing & terminating strokes etc.; Etc ..  These writings characteristics are  significant &
                                                            '
                  sufficient  to  indicate  the  common  author~hip  of the  red  enclosed  signatures  stamped  &
                  marked Q3, Q6, Q9, Q12, Ql5, Ql8, Q21, Q24, S28 to S30, S34 and S35.



                  II.    On  comparison  of  the  questioned  writings/signature  in  the  red  enclosed  portion

                  marked Q24/l  with the specimen signatures in the red enclosed portions marked S28 to S30,
                  S34 and S35,  similarities have been obse0>ed between them in the formation of some of the

                  letters 'B', 'I' etc ..  However, all the features as occurring in the questioned writings/signature
                  could not be similarly accounted for from the available specimen v,ritings/signatures. As such

                  it has not been possible to express any definite opinion on the red enclosed writings/signature

                  stamped &  marked Q24/l in the absence of some admitted genuine

                  signatures.
